Workout day

Breakfast: Omlette - 2 eggs (150 calories), 2 egg whites (30 calories), 6 black olives (30 calories), slice cheese (125 calories)

Lunch: Ceasar Salad (750 calories)

Dinner: 3 slices of pizza (640 calories)

Total: 1725 Calories

Day 47

It was my friend Aaron's birthday yesterday and we're celebrating with a meal at Bennihanna's. This ought to be expensive both monitarily and in caloric consumption.

Breakfast: 2 Eggs (150 calories), 2 Egg whites (30 Calories)

Dinner: Fried Rice, Soup, Salad, Shrimp, Fillet, Scoup of Green Tea Iced Cream (Alot)

Total: 180 + A lot calories.

I will make up for it with tomorrow's meal.

Ate WAY TOO MUCH. Tomorrow I go back on the road to 200.
