Day 26

On a plateau but going strong. I keep forgetting to take my vitamins in the morning... Hopefully I'll break this plateau in the next day or so.

Breakfast: 5 egg whites (75 calories), 1 egg (75 calories), 1 tortilla (200 calories)

Snack: Apple (100 calories)

Dinner: BBQ Chicken Salad (960 Calories)

Snack: Apple (100 calories)

Total: 1510 Calories.
