Day 28

Even with a few beers I know I came in a ton under my daily required maintainance calories. Tomorrow will be fantastic with a day off to shock my body into thinking it's not starving.

Breakfast: Salmon Sushi (360 calories)

Snack: Apple (100 calories)

Dinner: Med. Wrap (700 Calories) - I really need to figure out exactly how much this is.

Beers: 3 (330 calories)

Total: 1490 Calories
