A workout day, so I tried to eat a bit more than usual.
Breakfast: Omlette, 4 eggs (300 calories), 2 egg whites (30 calories), slice of pepperjack cheese (150 calories)
Snack: Apple (100 calories)
Dinner: Hamburger (740 calories), and a bun (170 calories)
Snack: Peanut Butter (190 calories) and Jelly (100 calories) sandwich (140 calories)
Total: 1920 Calories
