It was my friend Aaron's birthday yesterday and we're celebrating with a meal at Bennihanna's. This ought to be expensive both monitarily and in caloric consumption.

Dinner: Fried Rice, Soup, Salad, Shrimp, Fillet, Scoup of Green Tea Iced Cream (Alot)

Total: 180 + A lot calories.

I will make up for it with tomorrow's meal.

I really need to buy some more eggs. Can't go running around eating PBJ to get rich quick, or thin too. Also this was the first day I've breached 2000 on a non-off day. However, my daily limit is around 2300 so it's still in the green.

Day 36

As far as dieting days-off are concerned, this one was pretty good. I worked out and weighed in at 265. Almost 20 pounds lighter than my start weight 36 days ago. I did eat pizza, but as all things... Moderation is key. Tomorrow starts another series of good eats.
